Training options  are as follows:

✅Monday 4:30-5:30pm – General Junior coaching.

✅Monday/Wednesday 6pm & Sunday 4pm with Gerry Grimes for Sprints, Distance, Hurdles and Long Jump.

✅Wednesday 5pm for Walk training with Chelsea

✅Monday/Wednesday 4pm, Tuesday 6pm and Sunday 3-5pm with Dave and Yvonne for High Jump, Long Jump, Walk, Throws and Distance.

Top Speed Sports Fitness also run training at the oval at the following times:

✅ Sunday 9am

✅ Monday 4:30pm

✅ Wednesday 4:30pm
